Golfers Some Sponsorship Packages include two or four golfers. All golfers will be provided with lunch, dinner, snacks, unlimited beer and soft drinks, various other gifts and an opportunity to win door prizes. Sponsor Directory At this year’s event, we will be introducing our Knights Sponsor Directory. Each player will receive the directory at the event. In addition, we will distribute these Directories to the entire membership of Council 6923 in Fishers (just over 400 families). We feel this is an important way for Knights to support those corporations that support our causes. This Directory will also be available on our Council website with the option of a hot link to sponsor web-sites or sending an email to a specific address. Discount Sponsors will also have the opportunity to offer a discount in the Knights Sponsor Directory. Signage As in years past, some sponsorship packages will include signage recognition at the tee box of their sponsored hole. GPS Advertising As a new benefit, select sponsorship packages will include electronic advertisement on the GPS units in each cart while each group plays your sponsored hole. This should be highly effective considering that each golfer will most likely see the GPS monitor before and after each shot. |
GPS Scorecard Another exciting change this year will be electronic scoring via the GPS unit in each cart. As part of the Title Sponsorship Package, electronic advertising will appear alongside the scorecard on the GPS units as each cart travels between every hole. Special Recognition Special Gold or Silver Sponsorship recognition on hole signage, electronic advertising, and in the Knights Sponsor Directory. Sponsor-A-Priest A unique sponsorship opportunity is available called Sponsor-A-Priest. Just as the name implies, you can allow a priest to play in the event free of charge. This sponsorship also includes an additional player entry fee. Beer Cart As in most golf outings, the most popular carts on the course will be the Refreshment Carts. Beer Sponsors will be recognized with signage on one of these mobile refreshment stands. Verbal Recognition Lunch and Title Sponsors will be recognized verbally and with signage at several points throughout the day including registration, lunch, and after the event during the raffle and dinner. Gift Recognition The title sponsor’s logo will appear alongside the Knights of Columbus Charity Golf Outing logo on the event program and on the collapsible chair given to each player. |
